Email us with your question or issue. If useful, include your Android device model, Android version, game version and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are optional. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, recovery credentials or payment details.

We will review support requests and reply as appropriate. No guaranteed response-time commitment is currently published.

Move coloured layers between trays, one at a time, to recreate the target pattern. Take your time and plan the order of your moves.

Android closed testing is being prepared. When it begins, the closed-test version will be distributed only through the testing arrangements established in Google Play. Access will depend on the Google account and invitation or testing link provided to participants. If you cannot install or access the test, include the error message when you contact support, but do not share your Google password or verification code.

Progress, settings, streaks and achievements are stored on your device. The current test does not include sign-in or online backups, so support does not have a cloud copy of your progress to restore. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may permanently remove local progress. Some device-to-device migration methods may transfer app data; restoration is not guaranteed.

This closed-test version contains no in-game advertising, account sign-in, cloud backup or in-app purchase offers. If you encounter content suggesting otherwise, please tell support what you saw and which game version you are running.

Optional reminders use local device notifications. You can review notification permissions in Android settings. Sharing uses the apps you select through your device's sharing options.

Read the Layers privacy policy for information about game data, included software libraries and support messages.

The current test has no Layers account to delete. The account and data deletion page explains how to clear on-device gameplay data.
